2012 SEMINAR in PANAMA

The 2nd International Shobukan Karate Seminar in Panama city, Panama was conducted by Kancho Kohama in april 16 and 17, 2012.  Many students and masters from different Shotokan Karate schools came to participate in the seminar.  Present at the seminar were many famous instructors from Panama such as Jacinto Navarro, Jorge Joseph, Juan DeLeon, Roberto Fernandez and many others.   The event was organized and prepared by the Shobukan member dojo in Panama, headed by Sensei Garcia de Paredes. The PanAmerican Director, Sensei Manuel DaCosta from USA and Sensei Jose Witik from Venezuela were also present in support of the event.

2012 U.S.A. 12TH SHOBUKAN CUP Tentatively schedule for 15th or 22nd of September 2012. Confirmation of location will be posted here.  This event is held yearly in Texas. 2011 INDIA SHOBUKAN NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS

Shobukan National Championships in India was conducted in November 2011. The event was organized by Sensei Kalpesh Makwana representative of Shobukan in India.  The event was a great success with more than 1000 participants.  

Present at the event were many distinguish guest from India also Kancho Kohama, chief instructor of Shobukan was present.

2012 INDIA SHOBUKAN NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS

 Next this year we are looking forward to the next National Karate Championship in India.  This event is a large event that consist of a great number of Shobukan students that come from India, SriLanka and other countries.

We are looking forward to the dates for this great event.  This tournament is open to all traditional Karate Schools.
